The company sets the following accessibility goals for the years 2026 and 2027:
- Adjustment based on the reports collected following this monitoring;
- Review of a new sample of pages by July 2027;
- Adoption of guidelines and best practices for the creation of new content in compliance with accessibility requirements.

Manual evaluation of a representative sample of pages reflecting the various methods of publishing information on the website, namely:

- Contact;
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
The following tools were used during the test:

- Google Chrome Android (Samsung Galaxy S23);
- Firefox Desktop;
- Safari for macOS;

Where semi-automated evaluation tools were required, the following were used:

Reference Standards
The evaluation was carried out using a sample-based verification methodology.

Reporting Mechanism
Ludovico Martelli Spa provides the email address accessibility@ludovicomartelli.com to report cases of non-compliance and to request information and content that are excluded from the scope of the Directive.
